4 hours or one day, depending on equipment
8 hour maximum charge for 24 hour period/8 hour work day
4 days charge for 7 day period/48 hour work week
3 weeks charge for 4 week period/192 hour work month

A valid driver’s license is required for ALL rentals. A major credit card may be required as a second form of identification. Proof of insurance is required for vehicles towing trailers.
A 20% deposit is required on all Party & Event Rentals.
Delivery and Pick-up
Delivery and pick up are available at reasonable rates. Please call for the charge to your specific location. All rental items should be gathered in a single location convenient for pick up. If you prefer, you may pick up and return your rental items to our location.
Rental items lost, damaged, or stolen will be assessed a replacement cost on the rental contract.
In order to provide a worry free rental, Bluewaters Equipment Rentals offers an optional Damage Waiver of 10% of the rental amount. The Damage Waiver protects the customer from the unforeseen cost of repairing accidental damage to the equipment.
The Damager Waiver DOES NOT COVER, any loss due to theft, misuse or abuse, unexplained loss, theft by conversion, unsecured equipment, or any loss due to the customer failing to care for the rental items with disregard to common sense care of such equipment.
Cash, Check, Money Order and all Major Credit Cards are accepted.
Deposits will be returned on all reservations canceled within 48 hours of reservation pick up or delivery time (excluding Party & Event Rentals, i.e. tents, tables, chairs). Party items may vary during holiday periods.
Responsibility for rental items remains with the customer form delivery to return. All items should be secured and protected from the weather. Additional charges for replacements are made for missing or damaged items.
All rentals are for in the state of Tennessee purposes & use only.
Note: These policies do not supersede what is stipulated in the signed rental contract.
